Nadim Sauvignon Blanc is a medium-bodied wine displaying rich aromas of
citrus and green apple. This wine exhibits complex flavors of grapefruit
and pineapple while displaying a refreshing and lingering finish. While
enjoyable now, 2014 Nadim Sauvignon Blanc is best consumed within 2 years.
This wine pairs wonderfully with roasted chicken, goat cheese and
St. Peter’s fish (musht).
The 2014 Nadim Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in the Jerusalem Vineyard, which is located on the outskirts of Jerusalem at elevations around 400 meters (1,300 feet) above sea level. The Jerusalem Vineyard has proven to source high quality grapes with moderate irrigation. The grapes were hand-picked in the right technological and phenological maturation and transported from the vineyard to the winery immediately in small boxes in refrigerated trucks.
